This is our new residential private house, which is located on one of the picturesque places in Yerevan. As the house is located on the highest point of the city, it offers a very beautiful panoramic view. The whole house is designed in modern style and has a very big outdoor swimming pool with some tropical style elements.
And the essential point is that, while doing the design of residential areas, we think about not only the importance of the high quality materials used, but also we are doing our best to create a comfortable, safe and private space.
