In one of Armenia's most unique places, Dzoraghbyur, on a 2,500 sqm plot, we present this 800 sqm villa. It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a summer kitchen on the ground floor. As you can see, the landscape is sloping, and the task was assigned in such a way that the building on the given plot of land would have a more harmonious appearance, and outwardly, with its modern architectural solutions, an environment was created where you can swim in the pool, enjoy the summer, and the view of the mountains that opens from the back of the villa. Right at the front part of the villa you can notice an Armenian ornament.
